Who We Are
RAC is an operator-led growth advisory firm. Our foundation is more than a decade of hands-on work inside PE-backed platforms — partnering with leadership teams to build revenue engines, strengthen operational readiness, and raise the customer experience across dozens of brands and multiple institutional transactions.
That experience doesn't sit in a slide deck. It shows up in how we diagnose problems, how we build systems, and how we hold ourselves accountable to outcomes. We've since applied that same discipline across home services and the trades — and industries well beyond — partnering with leadership teams nationwide.
