The Growth Sprint

By Day 90, your leadership team is running the system — not waiting on us to run it.

The Growth Sprint is the 90-day engagement where RAC installs the operating muscle that makes execution stick. One constraint. One discipline. One outcome you can feel in the room.

Why This Format

Why 90 days, and why now.

Most leadership teams don't have a strategy problem. They have an execution problem that's been building for a year. Fractional COOs can help, but they're a long-term commitment most teams aren't ready to make. Consulting firms bring frameworks, but they don't stay in the room when the frameworks meet reality. Internal hires take six months to ramp and another six to earn trust.

The Growth Sprint is 90 days because that's the shortest window in which you can install a real operating cadence, prove it works, and transfer ownership to the team that has to run it. It's long enough to move the metrics that matter. Short enough that nobody has to bet the year on us.

The reason it's now is simple. The longer execution drift continues, the more it compounds. Every month the leadership team spends having the same argument is a month the business isn't scaling. The Growth Sprint ends that month.

"Ninety days goes fast. That's the point. There's no room to get comfortable, no room to let things slide. By the time we hand it over, the team knows what the cadence feels like when it's running right — because they've been running it with us."

What's Included

What the Sprint actually is.

Senior-led

Rob and Amanda lead every engagement. The people you hire are the people on the work.

90 days flat

Defined timeline, defined outcomes. No retainer trap.

One constraint

We focus on the biggest blocker, not a menu of initiatives.

Full system

Marketing, sales, ops, and leadership cadence connected.

Measurable

KPIs defined upfront, tracked weekly.

Hands-on

We build with you, inside the business. Not from a deck.

The Timeline

12 weeks. Three chapters.

Weeks 1-2

Diagnose and align.

One-day Strategic Alignment Summit with the leadership team. We map the real constraint, not the assumed one. We lock priorities, decision rights, and the scoreboard that will measure everything from here forward.

Weeks 3-8

Build and install.

We install the operating cadence — Weekly Business Review, initiative charters, accountability loops. Three to five active initiatives, no more. The system starts running. The decisions start sticking.

Weeks 9-12

Transfer and review.

The leadership team runs the cadence with less RAC push. On Day 90, we deliver the Sprint Review and make a clear recommendation on what happens next. No ambiguity. No upsell reflex.

After the Sprint

What happens at Day 90.

Every engagement ends with a Sprint Review and an honest recommendation on what comes next. Four paths, your decision.

Growth Partnership

The work continues. Multiple workstreams active, leadership cadence running, RAC in the room.

Advisory

A narrower scope. Bi-weekly or monthly strategic guidance for leadership.

Board-Level

Quarterly oversight. KPI review and directional input, nothing more.

Clean Exit

The system is yours. The team runs it without us. We come back when you want us back.

Let's talk through where you are and where you're headed.

30 minutes. We'll learn about your business, your goals, and what's getting in the way. If the Growth Sprint is the right next step, we'll map it out together.
