The Timeline
Weeks 1-2
One-day Strategic Alignment Summit with the leadership team. We map the real constraint, not the assumed one. We lock priorities, decision rights, and the scoreboard that will measure everything from here forward.
Weeks 3-8
We install the operating cadence — Weekly Business Review, initiative charters, accountability loops. Three to five active initiatives, no more. The system starts running. The decisions start sticking.
Weeks 9-12
The leadership team runs the cadence with less RAC push. On Day 90, we deliver the Sprint Review and make a clear recommendation on what happens next. No ambiguity. No upsell reflex.
After the Sprint
Every engagement ends with a Sprint Review and an honest recommendation on what comes next. Four paths, your decision.
