RAC is operator-led advisory for leadership teams who want execution to hold. We built it because the firms we needed inside our own businesses didn't exist.

Our Origin

The mission.

RAC was founded after more than a decade of hands-on work inside PE-backed platforms — building revenue engines, integrating acquisitions, and partnering with leadership teams through some of the most consequential transactions in the industry. That experience shapes everything about how we work: we think strategically, we build for execution, and we stay accountable to outcomes.

Since founding RAC, we've expanded that discipline across home services and the trades — and industries beyond. The operating problems are remarkably consistent across sectors: leadership misalignment, unclear priorities, and growth that breaks the systems built to support it. RAC exists to solve those problems.

For every engagement, RAC serves as the senior strategic architect. We build growth infrastructure the business owns and partner with leadership teams to run it.

Every engagement is led by Rob and Amanda — strategy through execution, first call to last delivery.
